Often clients and their families choose to reside at the property during renovation works. This can be a challenge for both parties with noise, dust, vehicle access, safety, and services interruptions as examples of issues to be managed. Steve completed his building trade in the early nineties under guidance of prominent builder Greg Chapman. Steve worked overseas in construction in the United States and Great Britain and has been involved with many high end architecturally and engineered residential building projects. He is presently completing a Diploma in Construction Management.

Ian has over 25 years building experience in Australia and New Zealand. His involvement soon developed from a building cadet at an early age to leadership roles as Site Foreman and Project manager.
